Hi Gilly, enjoyed your thoughts about the pictures and putting the seats up and down. In my area of Newcastle it was only the posh seats that had any padding on them, naturally we never got to sit on those ones.
I must have been a right menace cos I would sneak the emergency doors open to let me mates in. The old gadge's would shine there torches around trying to find the urchins who hadn't paid.

thanks sid. the "pictures" as we called them were the only place for entertainment really,
in the late 60,s early 70,s,
the lady with the torch was like the gestapo.
and the ice cream just dripped down our fronts in the dark. good days.hope you were,nt locked up for it? opening the doors. bye sid.
