suns shining lovely day, im thinking how lovely to be out in it, cos if i woke in the morning with energy id be out amongst it.. true.. it,s not far off..the desire to be out, free. is overcoming anything else. if anything got me down, had it down to a fine art.. id just stick the leader on the dog and id be off into the park for hours.. take a good book... magic.

never watch any telly that cant be natural..but it takes summat special to keep me sitting in front of a tv screen i just dont do it..
