listening... p.linguistics.. body langauge ect... it,s true,arms crossed, the person is assuming a defensive position.
the thing about telephones ect you can never tell if the person on the other end is truthful,
not unless you can actually see body langauge, then of course its dead easy,...
everything else is just guess work, listening over time.....intuition..

book sounds fab. plague, medieval, i love history hated it at school.....its on my list. robin hoods always been a fave of mine too,, i think he did exist. must do i watched him every sunday..!
