meditation. its good for mind body soul...........suns shining in through kitchen window, can smell? apples, spring ...farmers working in fields can hear a tractor. waiting for inspiration !

me, a sindy..and her sister tammy, tomboy freckles. sindy bed, lamp, table.
thing i loved most about xmas? the tree, esp. xmas lights, we had fairy lights, "fruit" ..blackberry,s lemons, ect. we,d go to durham on the early xmas eve bus straight to the butchers n farm stores, pick up meat, straight up south street.
just summat we did every year for years it just becomes imprinted on the brain.
